Welcome to this year’s Month of Metta!
As the pandemic lingers and natural disasters impact so many across the globe, we will come together and extend our loving kindness to Mother Earth and the five elements that comprise her and all beings.
You will receive weekly Metta Meditation recordings, starting on Sunday, Oct 31, to practice at your convenience and have the option to join us live over Zoom to practice together, dates and times to be announced each week. On Thursdays, you will receive an inspirational email.
This program is suitable for all levels of experience.

“Cathy’s metta meditations for November 2020 have had a profound effect on my spiritual journey. Over the last few years, I have been working on living and expressing kindness in all areas of my life. The meditations have provided me with a new medium to explore at a deep level what that means, as I wrap myself, my people, Mother Earth and so many others in a blanket of loving kindness. I still use the recordings of the meditations at times in the morning and without fail each time I do, I proceed through the day with more peace, clarity and equanimity. I have deep gratitude for this lovely gift from Cathy.” – Tejasvin, Jacquie Talbott
“[Quick coherence] really helped to access the Metta easier. Without the coherence it is difficult to connect to the heart space. I found myself using quick coherence in daily life to improve my mood, outlook and perspective. Unbelievable how quickly time seemed to pass and each time I felt time was up right before the bell rang.” – Jen Young
“Thank you so much for this meditation opportunity. Yesterday's experience suggested that even a week's practice can make a big difference. I performed for the second music club, 3 weeks after the first performance. There are many overlaps in membership, so a good number of people heard the music for the second time. Several of them, independent of each other, said that there was more 'heart' in the music, and that it touched them more deeply this time. Such an amazing example of the cascade of loving kindness from one to many, starting with your decision to offer these meditations. It was gratifying to be part of that cascade, and I am vastly grateful to you.” – Jyotsna, Judy Evans
“I gained insight into the benefit of being aware of the heart center… These practices brought cathartic tears. I realized how infrequently I honor my own needs. The practices are a reminder on many levels to take care of myself and give more attention to myself.” – TH
“I liked the idea of our hearts having their own languages that are just for us.” – Xan Schwartz
“Especially when practiced in the morning, Metta helped create a more positive, compassionate outlook toward my day, and the people in it, which was very powerful.”
“The [weekly inspirational] emails kept me motivated to return to the practice, and spoke volumes about how much you care about the practice, and about the people you share it with.” – JE
“This is the meditation I need! I can change my whole opinion about humanity through it!” – LS
“Loved the structure. I am incorporating it in my personal practice and also teaching it.” – DG
