Live Your Best Life: Yoga and the Bhagavad Gita

Why is the centuries-old Bhagavad Gita still read by yoga students today? Because its timeless teachings include how to

  • harness conflict, crisis and uncertainty to create positive change

  • make decisions that are in line with your deepest needs

  • live a more fulfilling, authentic life

  • face death more peacefully, and without regret.
