You may be familiar with the Prakat Navaratris, the two yoga festivals held in Spring and Fall as they are community events to celebrate the transformational power of Nature.

Gupta (or Gayatri) Navaratris focus on personal spiritual practices to cultivate a more intimate connection with Divine Feminine energy. These two 9-night periods take place in late Winter and Summer, and are considered highly mystical, powerful, and potent.

Option to join Cathy on Zoom for live practices on the first and last nights that include mantra, mudra, and meditation (or follow the recordings for these nights). You will receive prerecorded guided meditations to support and enrich your personal practice on the other evenings.
