Nature ebbs and flows with cycles of life found in the seasons of the year, the lunar phases of the month, and the circadian rhythms of each day. Because we are a part of nature, the more we are able to bring ourselves into alignment with these inherent patterns, the more we are able to create harmony in our lives.
