It is just as important that we create a blissful state for our mind, senses, and soul. We need a physical body that is able to carry us through life, but it is through our subtler aspects that we experience life fully.
In this 4-week series of classes, you will learn tools for optimizing well-being through the lens of Ayurveda’s definition of health by:
balancing the physical body through yoga poses and movement
creating bliss – a quiet, peaceful state of being – for the mind through present moment awareness practices
creating bliss for the senses by nurturing the pathways through which we experience our world
creating bliss for the soul through meditation and reflection
