Yoga Gems for Multifaceted Health and Wellness

Ayurveda and the World Health Organization agree that health is a multifaceted state of being, not simply the absence of disease or infirmity. It is just as important that we create a blissful state for our mind, senses, and soul. We need a physical body that is able to carry us through life, but it is through our subtler aspects that we experience life fully. 

In this 4-week series of classes, you will learn tools for optimizing well-being through the lens of Ayurveda’s definition of health by: 

  • balancing the physical body through yoga poses and movement

  • creating bliss – a quiet, peaceful state of being – for the mind through present moment awareness practices

  • creating bliss for the senses by nurturing the pathways through which we experience our world

  • creating bliss for the soul through meditation and reflection 

This program welcomes everyone, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Attend live or by recording. Audio and video recordings will be available for all participants.
