Your instructors: Cathy Prescott has practiced yoga for over 40 years, is on the Kripalu Schools’ faculty, and is Director of Integrative Yoga Therapy - Cleveland’s teacher training. Atmadarshan (Laura Santoro) worked in research and respiratory therapy at University Hospitals of Cleveland before becoming a yoga instructor in 2001. They have experienced numerous benefits from Pranayama and Meditation and look forward to sharing them with you!
