Series C: August 4, 11, 18, 25 (preregister by July 28)

Are you new to yoga?  Are you following stay-at-home guidelines while the country gradually reopens?  Are you ready to learn something new to help you feel better physically, mentally, and energetically? If so, this program is for you!

Beginning Yoga – ABCs is a series of three short programs designed to bring you the benefits of yoga in a way that is inviting, accessible, and fun. Each program is complete in itself, focusing on a short sequence of gentle stretches to create comfort and ease in your body. In addition, you will discover how to manage your breath and ways to meditate so that you not only feel better physically, you will also feel more focused, energized, and relaxed. 

  • Series A movements have a standing base - SOLD OUT

  • Series B stretching originates from sitting on a chair.

  • Series C explores stretching when lying down on the floor.

Yoga is typically practiced wearing loose, comfortable clothing and barefoot. In order to participate in this class, you will need:

  • An open space and yoga mat. 

  • If you don’t have a mat, the floor is fine. Please wear sneakers to prevent slipping.

  • A sturdy chair.

  • An internet connection and computer/laptop/tablet with built-in camera and mic.

Class size is strictly limited to 5 Zoom screens, with up to 2 participants in each screen, so please invite a family member to join you at 50% off the program rate!
