In this special workshop, you’ll learn

  • about your five different bodies, as described by yoga physiology;

  • specific yoga poses for your major anatomical systems, and how to link those poses into a sequence to support overall well-being;

  • the elements of Ayurveda and how to incorporate its four pillars of health into your daily routines.

This workshop stands on its own and also leads into a 5-hour interactive mini-course designed to support you in reaching your most important aspirations.

Your instructors, Cathy Prescott and Laura Atmadarshan Santoro, are master teachers with decades of experience in Yoga & Yoga Therapy. They are committed to helping you take your healing and long-term health to the next level through time-tested techniques and wisdom.
